Information included
A saved note contains your name, email, subject, written introduction, consent and optional location. It receives a reference and timestamp. No file attachment, identity check document or advertising-account credential is requested.
How long and why
The note may be reviewed and used for correspondence about the question. It remains until manual removal, with no automatic expiry configured. Submission does not open a recruitment account or trigger an automated email.
Local and technical state
The preparation checklist stores ticks on your browser. Perspective selections are temporary. Short-term anti-spam controls use a hashed network identifier; standard hosting logs may also exist. The website has no external marketing or analytics code.
Access or amendment
Use the contact route with the original reply address and reference where possible. Explain whether you want a copy, correction or deletion. A proportionate verification step may be needed to protect the information.
